Flower Pepper Gallery is pleased to present it's eccentric group exhibition, Mad Hatters, in collaboration with the dynamic and ever curious Italian curator, Ixie Darkonn. Opening Saturday, November 23rd over 50 works from around the globe will present a surreal and transcending alternate universe inspired by eccentricities and wonderment of the well loved literature character the "Hatter."

Flower Pepper Gallery and Ixie Darkon have come together for a second round of artistic whimsy as a follow up to their prior collaboration, Painted Sound, in January/February of 2013. Mad Hatters promises to be a divinely re-inspired version of the classic, treasured, and slightly twisted tale, Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, with particular emphasis and inspiration drawn from the Mad Hatter. Roused by Carrol’s dream like narratives, Darkonn gathered artists to depict their own world re-imagined. Drawing from Darkonn’s own wonderland inspired prose, each artist’s work represents a state of mind, using "Hats" as metaphors for one’s thoughts as a means of revealing the depths and intricacies of the soul.
