Artist Statement and Biography:
“I am a self employed artist based in Newcastle, close to the vibrant cultural quarter of the Ouseburn Valley. I have always lived in the city, and love it, but I also love getting out into the country where my real passion lies. My love for wildlife and art are inseparable, and I could never imagine one without the other.

I am currently working on a series of paintings exploring traditional British wildlife as well as working on a body of work concerning endangered or extinct birds which are being exhibited in various galleries in America (check artist’s Exhibitions page for full details).

I also have the great privilege to be an ongoing contributor to the magazine Tiny Pencil which is a biannual anthology devoted to the art of the pencil.”
